1. Definitions
"2GoBroadBand" means 2GoBroadBand Pty Ltd. "Agreement" means these Terms with any Service Order Form and CIS. "Customer/you" means the individual or entity applying. "Service" means any internet, broadband, or mobile telecommunications service. "Equipment" means hardware sold by us.
2. Agreement and Acceptance
By applying for, activating, or using any Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update with 30 days' written notice.
3. Services
We provide Fixed Broadband, Mobile (4G/5G), Business/Enterprise Internet, and Developer connectivity. Availability is subject to network coverage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Advertised speeds are maximum tier; actual speeds vary.
4. Contract Terms
Plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Fixed-term customers cancelling early may be charged remaining monthly fees less costs saved.
5. Billing and Payment
Services billed monthly in advance. We accept credit/debit card and direct debit. Non-payment may result in service suspension. All fees are inclusive of GST.
6. Equipment & SIM
Equipment and SIM cards become your property upon receipt. You are responsible for their care. Risk passes on delivery.
7. Acceptable Use
Use the Service lawfully only. Must not send spam, distribute malware, infringe IP rights, or resell the Service without consent. Unlimited plans subject to Fair Use Policy.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend immediately for non-payment or breach. Terminate with 30 days' notice or immediately for serious breach. Outstanding fees become due on termination.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and Australian Privacy Principles.
10. Liability
Liability limited to 3 months of fees paid. Not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Australian Consumer Law rights are preserved.
11–16. Other Provisions
Changes to services/pricing require 30 days' notice. Faults reported via phone/email/portal. Unresolved complaints escalate to TIO (www.tio.com.au · 1800 062 058). Subject to Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) and TCP Code.
