1. Definitions
"2GoBroadBand" means 2GoBroadBand Pty Ltd. "Agreement" means these Terms with any Service Order Form and CIS. "Customer/you" means the purchaser. "Equipment" means hardware sold by us.
2. Agreement and Acceptance
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
3. Equipment Purchase
Equipment purchased becomes your property upon full payment. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for care and safekeeping of equipment. Equipment carries any applicable manufacturer's warranty. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Billing and Payment
Orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard). All prices are inclusive of GST. A valid tax invoice will be provided.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied equipment within 30 days of delivery. Equipment must be returned in original condition. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
7. Privacy
We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and Australian Privacy Principles. By placing an order you consent to our privacy practices.
8. Liability
Our total aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price paid. Not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Australian Consumer Law rights are preserved.
9. Acceptable Use
Equipment must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable Australian laws. Must not be used to facilitate unlawful activities.
10. Complaints

11. General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement for this purchase. Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
