We do not sell your personal information.

Personal information is stored on secure servers in Australia and through reputable cloud providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, HubSpot) located in Australia and overseas with comparable privacy protections. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and monitoring. Despite our efforts no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses essential cookies (for cart and session functionality) and analytics cookies (Google Maps, address autocomplete). You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may not function correctly.

6. Direct marketing

We may use your contact details to send you marketing about 2GoBroadBand products and offers. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] at any time to opt out.
