Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2025
Connectivity is for everyone. 2GoBroadBand is committed to making our products, website, and customer service accessible to everyone, including people with disability and people who use assistive technology.
1. Our standard
We aim for our website to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. This means we work to make the site:
- Perceivable — readable text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, resizable text.
- Operable — keyboard accessible navigation, no flashing content that could trigger seizures.
- Understandable — clear language, consistent layout, helpful form labels.
- Robust — compatible with modern screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
2. Accessibility features on our site
- Semantic HTML structure with descriptive headings.
- All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) are keyboard-accessible.
- Alt text on images that convey meaning.
- Form fields have associated labels.
- Text resizes via browser zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality.
- No autoplay audio/video.
- Cart and checkout can be completed without a mouse.
3. Service options for customers with accessibility needs
- National Relay Service (NRS): if you are deaf or have hearing or speech impairment, call us via the NRS at accesshub.gov.au or 1300 555 727.
- Large-print invoices: available on request — call 1300 677 185 or email [email protected].
- Priority assistance: we offer priority connection and repair for customers whose life may be at risk without a working phone or internet connection. Ask about registering.
- Translation services: available via the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 — ask for 2GoBroadBand.
4. Known limitations
We're a small, growing team and a few areas of our site are still being improved:
- Some PDF documents (e.g. detailed plan brochures) do not yet have a fully tagged accessible version. Please contact us if you need a CIS or terms document in another format.
- The address-lookup widget relies on a third-party map provider; we are working on a keyboard-only alternative.
If you experience an accessibility barrier on our site, please tell us — we'll prioritise the fix.
5. Feedback and assistance
To request accessibility help, an alternative format, or to report a barrier:
We aim to respond to accessibility requests within 5 business days.
