Our referral program. Existing 2GoBroadBand customers can refer family, friends, and colleagues to any 2GoBroadBand nbn™ or SIM plan. When they sign up using your referral code, they get $50 off their first bill and you get a $50 credit on yours. There's no limit on how many people you can refer.
How it works
- Get your referral code. Log in to your customer portal — your code is on the dashboard.
- Share it. Send the code to your friend by SMS, email, or whatever's easiest. They enter it during signup.
- They get $50 off. Applied automatically to their first invoice.
- You get $50 credit. Applied to your next bill once they've been active for 30 days.

Fine print
- Referral credits apply to monthly service fees only, not one-time hardware or installation charges.
- The friend must be a new 2GoBroadBand customer (not an existing or recently-departed customer).
- Your $50 credit is paid out after your friend's service has been active for 30 days and the first bill paid.
- If your friend cancels in the first 30 days, the credit is not paid.
- Referral credit has no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
- We reserve the right to vary or end the program with 30 days' notice.
