We partner with local senior citizen centres in Melbourne's north to provide subsidised internet for residents aged 70+, plus free in-person setup and a "no question is silly" support line.
Each year we donate up to 50 internet connections to families in financial difficulty referred via local community organisations and Centrelink hardship advocates. If you'd like to refer a family, email [email protected] with "Digital Inclusion" in the subject.
We offer free educator-tier internet to small not-for-profit schools, kindergartens, and homework clubs — with content filtering, classroom-grade reliability, and a teacher-friendly help line.
We're working towards a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) with Reconciliation Australia. We acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people, the Traditional Owners of the land on which our Melbourne office sits, and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
During declared natural disasters in Australia, we waive late fees, offer free service pauses, and provide priority hardware replacement. See our Disaster Support page.
