Careers at 2GoBroadBand
Help us build Australia's friendliest ISP
We're hiring. 2GoBroadBand is growing and we'd love to hear from people who care about good service, fair pricing, and great technology. We're small, ambitious, and based in Melbourne — and we hire for character first.
Why work with us
- Real ownership. Small team, big impact. Your work ships on day one and you'll see customers using it.
- Flexible work. We're hybrid by default — work from home, the office in Pascoe Vale, or split your time.
- Learn fast. You'll work directly with the founders and across the whole stack — from nbn co integrations to React to customer calls.
- Real perks. Free 2GoBroadBand plan for your home, paid certifications, and an annual learning budget.
- Fair pay. Market-rate salary + bonus tied to company performance. No "equity instead of pay" games.
Open roles
We're keeping a rolling shortlist for the following positions. Even if a role isn't open this week, send us your CV — we'll keep it on file and reach out when something matches.
- Customer Support Specialist (Melbourne, hybrid) — Frontline phone & email support. Empathy and curiosity matter more than telco experience.
- Network Engineer (Melbourne) — Help us scale nbn co interconnects, manage BGP, and keep packets flowing.
- Full-stack Developer (Melbourne, remote OK) — Build the customer portal, billing automation, and developer-facing APIs.
- Field Technician (Greater Melbourne) — Install, repair, and delight customers on-site.
- Business Development — Developer/Estate Channel — Land deals with builders for new estates and MDU projects.
